By-O-Reg+ for Pigs
By-O-Reg + is a combination of unique functional ingredient technologies that aid livestock.
These ingredients include:
Natural Ropadiar Oregano Essential oil:
Oregano is a well established ingredient in livestock nutrition. Its benefits are seen in standard commercial, natural, and organic production.
Beta Glucan:
Beta Glucan are special carbohydrates that are extracted from the inner cell wall of yeast. Beta Glucan are strong up regulators of the animal’s natural immune system. *see page 2 for related reaserch
Vitamin C:
Vitamin C is an antioxidant vitamin that is also a strong immune stimulant. Recent research at Purdue has led to a patent for the use of Vitamin C and Beta Glucan* to up regulate immune function. By-O-Reg + utilizes licensed U.S. Patent #6,939,864; Eicher, S.D., T.R. Johnson, and C. A. McKee. 2005 “Animal feed composition and methods using the same” as part of this nutrient technology compound.
Controlled release encapsulated nutrients:
Patent pending technology used with the essential oil blend in By-O-Reg + allows release of these functional ingredients in the lower GI tract where they can be most effective.
FOS:
Fructooligosaccharides are complex starch molecules that are not digestible by pathogenic organisms. They can be digested by lactobacilli and feed the desirable bacteria in the GI tract. Use of FOS will aid lactobacillus organisms as they compete with pathogens for food and space in the GI tract.
Usage instructions:
By-O-Reg + is a powdered product for addition to premixes or finished feed.
